Teeluxe Glam Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms before booking your appointment.
Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required upfront to secure your appointment. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and Teeluxe Glam has confirmed your appointment.
The deposit is applied toward your total service price. Payment instructions for the remaining 70% will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your appointment qualify for the deposit to be transferred toward a future makeup appointment, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit. It cannot be refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time and ready for your service. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows also forfeit their deposit. These deposits cannot be refunded or transferred.
Travel Services
Teeluxe Glam is based in Houston, Texas.
The basic travel fee is $50 for travel up to 20 miles. Locations beyond 20 miles incur an additional charge, which will be quoted and confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Please provide the complete service address when requesting a travel appointment.
Appointment Preparation
Please arrive freshly bathed or showered, with a freshly washed, clean, dry face and no makeup, moisturizer, oils, or other skincare products applied.
Unwanted facial hair removal and brow shaping must be completed beforehand, allowing any irritation to settle before your appointment. Teeluxe Glam does not provide brow shaping or facial hair removal.
Please disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or relevant skin conditions before makeup application.
Preferred Makeup Looks
Please share any preferred makeup looks, reference photos, or specific requests at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Reference photos guide the look. Your makeup will be tailored to your features and skin.
Touch-Up Services
Touch-ups are an additional service and are charged separately. Please request them in advance so availability and pricing can be confirmed.
Photography & Social Media
Teeluxe Glam may photograph or film completed makeup looks for use on its social media pages, website, and portfolio.
By accepting these terms, you consent to this use unless you request otherwise before your appointment. Please inform Teeluxe Glam if you do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or featured.
Cancellations by Teeluxe Glam
If Teeluxe Glam cancels your appointment, you may choose to receive a refund of your deposit or transfer it to a rescheduled appointment.
